We love working with architects, engineers, and builders. We try to do our best to be as transparent as possible about the process we go through. We’ve been able to create a better, safer, and healthier world for our clients. We want to take it one step further though and help you make better decisions about your home. We want you to know everything about what we do so you can make better, more informed decisions about your home’s construction.
The good news is that this doesn’t have to be the case. We can help you understand what we do, how we do it, and what we do well, and give you that extra edge that makes you feel like you’re a part of our mission. We are not a part of some large, faceless corporation that gets paid for taking out properties on our behalf.
We actually do have an agent who works with us on a commission basis. We actually have a real estate agent because we are, according to them, a “true estate agent” and a “real estate broker”. As an estate agent, we receive commissions from our clients to use our knowledge to market their properties and make them more valuable to their owners. We also receive a commission from an owner and/or buyer for marketing their home to the public.
The commission is actually a little unfair. The owners of the properties we took down here have not been a lot of help to us, so we have to do our best to help them out. There are a few different ways we receive our commission. The first is through our agent who we hire for the job. This is good because then we have someone to talk to about the properties and how to market them.
The second is through the owner or buyer who sells the property. The owner or buyer is only required to share the commission with us and we receive it directly. It’s just that you’re going to have to pay them a commission to get them to do it. If you hire an agent for your property, you’ll have to pay them a commission. If you find the owner or buyer, the commission is only going to be paid to them.
