The real estate agent in this photo is Wilma, and this was taken in Yakima, Washington. Since I have lived in this town my entire life, I still have a pretty good idea of what this place looks like. I have also noticed many of the homes here are pretty much the same, and most of them are in terrible condition. And since the weather is mild, I have found that the owners tend to fix things and move on to another home.
I have a real story here. I was living in this town with my fiance when we had our first child. I was a stay-at-home mom, and I used to stay at this house every day as a way to relax. It was about a five-minute walk from my house, and I would stop there just to sit out of the rain and smoke a cigarette.
The house was built in the 1990s and is pretty horrible. It is just like it looks from the outside, but inside it’s awful.
I remember going to the house that day as a way to relax, and I remember feeling like it was my duty to check it out. That’s how they say in real estate, when things are “done”, meaning they’re not looking for a buyer. It’s not like the owners are out of work, or they’re stuck in a bad economy. They just need to sell their home, and move on to the next one.
While they may be stuck in a bad economy, I feel like the owner did an excellent job in selling their house. I mean, the exterior is very nice, but the interior is horrible. It has a huge hole in the wall in the kitchen, and the bathroom was very dated even before the earthquake. The flooring is also in need of replacement.
The owners of the house are also in need of a new bathroom, which is a lot of work, but they’re doing it with a lot of enthusiasm. And they’re doing it with a lot of elbow grease.
The owners were recently in a house-hunting frenzy, and it looks like the house they ended up choosing was a few hundred miles away. I don’t know if they could afford it or not, but it is worth noting that there are a lot of very nice houses in the area.
One of the things that made me so excited about the real estate world when we moved into our house was the fact that you can actually choose the flooring on your new home. At the time we were told that they were going to be re-flooring the house, and we were excited to see what they had planned for us, because it seemed like a very good idea.
We ended up with a very nice, very expensive, very luxurious house. If I had to choose one thing I would change it in a heartbeat. In my opinion, the most important thing to consider when choosing flooring is whether the floor is high traffic or low traffic. If your floor is high traffic, you can expect to have a lot of foot traffic on it. If your floor is low traffic, you can expect to have less foot traffic on it.
I have to say, I’m still very impressed with the high-traffic flooring they used for the house. The tiles are a high-gloss white that go on to make the floor look like it’s coated with some sort of synthetic resin or something, but they look great in the house.
