A few years ago, the company was in the process of selling some of its properties. They were in a position where they were ready to sell and the company wanted to sell it fast so they could focus on other business. They were also about to go out of business anyway, so they were looking for a buyer that would help them with the sale. A buyer that would do the selling and keep the company alive would be a great benefit to the company.

I called the company and they were very excited to hear from me.
