For those of you who are selling your house, why do you think so many people are putting so much effort into their homes? You’ve probably seen the ads in the paper or seen it on TV by now.
There’s a reason. In my area, the real estate agent who is selling your house is almost always a salesperson. She’s the reason you are getting that big commission. So why would you want to sell your house to someone who is not selling it to you? The reason is because theyre not going to be able to make your house a home. What theyre going to be doing is taking your home and selling it to someone else.
I have written about this before but its something that I haven’t really talked about in any detail. The reason I mention this is because I think a sales rep is the most important part of a real estate agent. A lot of people think that a real estate agent is just a sales agent who will tell you what to do, but that is not true.
In reality, a real estate sales rep is a person who actually has the experience to know what a home is worth, what the market is going to do for that property, all of the other factors that go into selling a home. A really good real estate agent can help you find your home, negotiate with the seller, negotiate with the builder, and even negotiate with the bank to get a better loan. They can also help you list your home on an MLS, negotiate with the builder about the terms of the construction loan, and even negotiate a pre-approval for your property.
Real estate agents have a lot of knowledge about what’s in the best interest of their clients. They are often the only people who can negotiate with the builder in order to get the best price for the property. They also have to be able to talk to the property manager (and even the property owner) to make sure that they’re in agreement with the builder.
I think that this is probably a lot of what people would expect of real estate agents.
