The idea behind this might be that people don’t have money for real estate anymore, but that doesn’t mean they’re not interested. That’s especially true if they’re real estate agents. If you have money, you might be able to buy your first home or sell your first house, but this summer you might have to wait until next year to do it. That means you have to have the best time possible to do so.
For someone who spends the summer with a real estate agent, they might have money to spend or a good time to have and so they might decide to make a home purchase or sell their home with your help. Thats a great way to build up your savings and increase your real estate.
If you can afford to pay a real estate agent, then it means you can have the best time and it will get done faster. But if you can’t afford to pay a real estate agent, then you might not have the best time. That means you’re only going to be able to get it done a certain way or you might need a second-best time. You might not even get to make the best time.
