Many times when people contact me for real estate, they have no idea what they’re getting themselves into. It can mean one of two things: either they’re looking to buy, or they’re looking to rent.
I get this a lot, too. In many cases, people do want to rent, but they do not want to buy. Some people only buy as a last resort, but the rest of us just want to live. In many cases, I am able to explain why my clients want to rent my office and my home. They want to feel comfortable and secure, so if their rent is high they can get a good deal.
To rent or buy, what people want to do is a matter of perspective. There are people out there who want to buy a house, but they would like to live in a house where they can have the same yard, the same pool, the same neighborhood, the same neighborhood, the same neighborhood, but with the same features.
This is a common sentiment among home buyers. In this sense, there is a difference between buying and renting. The difference is that a tenant has the right to make the house his or her own, whereas a homeowner has the right to keep the house the way it is. This is more common among renters who believe they are entitled to the same neighborhood where they live.

In the case of renting the house, buyers are not in the business of living, they are in the business of selling a property. So in a sense, renting isn’t a rental. It’s a rental contract, and in a way, it’s just like buying a home. In the case of buying a home, you pay for a house with a down payment and an interest rate. You don’t pay for the house the way you pay for a home.
As it turns out, renting a home isnt a rental either. It can be a contract. In real estate, you can pay for the house on time, the house you like, and then pay something down on the ground in order to get to the house you like. This is how you can pay to get into a specific neighborhood, but you can also pay to move to a neighborhood you dont like.
In real estate, there are few rules. Most people arent interested in buying a house that has no yard, is on a very long street, or has an unusually large number of neighbors. In real estate, every single person should be allowed to move to a house they like. But there are a few rules that almost every real estate agent teaches that most home buyers don’t get. The best example is the rule against moving from a neighborhood you like.
The reason why most people don’t like a neighborhood they cant afford to live in is that the neighborhood has a reputation for being dangerous. If you know you’re not safe there, then you make the mistake of not buying a house there. That’s called a bad buy, and that’s the exact reason why most people don’t buy a house in a bad neighborhood.
The same rules apply to real estate agents too. They hunt buyers who arent willing to put in the time and money for a neighborhood that has a reputation for being dangerous. They make the mistake of chasing a buyer who is willing to pay a more reasonable price, but not willing to put in the time or money to enjoy the neighborhood. Again, that is the exact same reason why most people dont buy a house in a bad neighborhood.
