They have a lot of knowledge and experience. If you want to work with a real estate agent, you are going to need to be able to communicate with them. But most importantly, you will need to be able to trust them. A lot of agents are not necessarily very good at communicating.
People who work in real estate are generally highly educated and generally know their way around the world. They know how to use maps, and use the most modern tools that are available to create a beautiful and professional looking listing. But they also are quite often the most arrogant as well. A lot of agents think that they are the experts when they are not. So they will often make themselves difficult to work with, and will not respond to emails in a timely fashion.
In real estate, when someone has a bad day they will not call you back. This is because in real estate, an agent is a slave to their own ego and work. You will never have a bad day without the agent knowing it. But the agents in this story are also arrogant and overconfident.
