And the convenience of the mountains is so much better than staying in the same area for a long time.

I am of the opinion that the real problem with the mountain is that it is so accessible, and that you can build your new home on this beautiful land. In a city setting, you should definitely build on the mountain as soon as you can. The real problem with the mountain is that it is so inaccessible. If you cannot get to the mountain from an interstate, the only other solution to the mountain problem is to build a city. This is not good.
