I am glad that you have noticed this! I have found that the best way to learn something is to do it first, and then start seeing the impact it has on your life. My biggest challenge through life has been to make sure I make the most of every single day. To me, this means that I don’t get to spend a lot of time in my room, and I’m not always thinking about what I’ll do with my time.
Well, that is a pretty good philosophy. Now that you know this, you’ll be able to spend more time thinking about what your life will be like in the future. It’s not just about the current moment, but about the future as well.
In my opinion, the biggest challenge to living life as a pro is to figure out what you want to accomplish during each day, the bigger your goals, the more time you need to figure out your path. For me, the biggest challenge is to figure out what I want to accomplish in life, and then to figure out what Ill do with that time. But you are only limited by your own goals.
Of course, our goals are usually larger than our own time. For example, if you want to live in a cool city, you need to figure out how to make that happen. If you want to graduate from college, you need to figure out how to get there. If you want to get a job, you need to figure out how to get there. If you want to get married, you need to figure out how to get there.
The thing is, as life’s great adventures and big events in our lives become the stuff of dreams, then our time is limited to the things we want to accomplish. It’s just not fair to judge how far we go if it doesn’t even begin to matter to us. I just want to get through the next few years and then see what happens next.
I could have told you that there was something wrong with this, but I’m pretty sure I’m over that now. If you’re looking to have a better life and/or a better marriage, you need to figure out how to get there. If you’re looking to get a job, you need to figure out how to get there. If you want to get married, you need to figure out how to get there.
Thats a pretty big statement for a single guy. I really dont know much about anything anymore, besides this blog and my work, and thats it. I used to know a lot more about real estate, but once I got married the whole “real estate” aspect of my life was pretty much over. And then I met my now wife. In my defense, I didnt have the money to buy that much property in the first place.
The truth is, we’ve seen this before.
I think it is fair to say that the majority of real estate investments suck, but it is still interesting to look at the past and see what actually worked. Unfortunately, most of the time real estate investments fail because they are too small and fail to generate enough returns. I know this because I have seen it with my own eyes. I still believe that small house plans are the way to go, but if you want to make a long-term investment, I suggest using the capital you have.
