Yes, I live in a neighborhood full of these “independent” real estate agents. These agents have been around since before the turn of the century. They have been with these properties for decades. They have deep pockets. They have been with these properties for decades. They have deep pockets. They have been with these properties for decades. They are the masters of their field, and I can vouch for that.

I hear it all the time: “I don’t want to pay market value for my home. I want something better.” I have a few words for these agents too: “You are the biggest ass-hat in the world to me.” The agents I have come across are usually extremely rude and dismissive. A few have actually been quite intimidating. They can be pretty intimidating, too.

These kinds of agents have probably never heard of the phrase “negotiating with the devil.” They might not have heard of it either, but they are the ones who have the power to make property changes to people’s homes in the name of “giving the devil his way”. Yes, “give the devil’s way”.

I have heard that the most important thing a real estate agent can do is give you a little bit of time to get your property under contract. It is my opinion that you should never ever ever EVER give a real estate agent that much time. Even if you’ve paid her enough to get a decent price, if you don’t give her enough time her price will go up, she will have to increase it or you will be responsible for paying for it.

It seems that real estate agents only give away properties to people with a lot of money, who are willing to sacrifice the rest of their lives to get the properties. So even if you are willing to sacrifice the rest of your life, you shouldnt be allowed to give a real estate agent a lot of time.

That is the general state of affairs with real estate agents. They seem to be the people who are the least able to take care of themselves and who are the ones who are most likely to end up working for themselves. This is probably something you should look into if you are trying to buy or rent a house, because if you hire a real estate agent to find you a place, you will be the one who is the one picking up the tab.

But what if you don’t want the hassle of dealing with real estate agents? That’s where you can turn to agents who handle their own paperwork. If you have a question about your home’s condition, for example, you can handle that yourself. That’s an advantage of the self-employed. Their independence is something that you definitely want, because they will be in a better position to take care of themselves.

While you still may not need a real estate agent, the self-employed may find it more convenient to use independent real estate agents who can handle the paperwork. They can also offer to help you if you ever need to move. The upside is that they will have no responsibility for making the money for the real estate agent to handle the paperwork.

I was recently talking with a fellow self-employed. He was lamenting the fact that he has to get the paperwork done himself. He said he was just as much of a victim as the other self-employed, because if he ran out of money to pay for the paperwork, his wife would just sell her home and move to another state. It made a lot more sense though, because the self-employed can’t leave.

That’s exactly the problem self-employed housing agents face, the more they try to keep their day jobs, the more they realize that they’re in over their head. I’ve seen self-employed agents at home with their kids that have to take care of their families, and all too often the only thing the agents can do is get up in arms about the unfairness of the situation.
