The city has always had a big influx of tech talent, and those people have found a way to live in the area where they work. But, I’m not sure how much of an improvement this is. After all, we’re talking about a place that’s known for its crime rate, crime rate is going up, and it’s still a crime area. The problem with buying a new property is that you have to deal with its ups and downs. Then, you have to deal with the downs like the demolition of the old building and the building that will soon be in its place.
