I’ve been a member of American Realty Partners since 2009. We have helped thousands of sellers and buyers improve their homes since we started the company in January of 2009. We take the time to understand the needs of each seller and buyer, and we take the time to get to know them. We work with buyers and sellers to get to know their homes, and we work with them to get the best price for their homes.
Our primary goal is to provide you with the best price we can. We take great pride in selling our homes at the best price, and we want you to be content with that. As we work with each of our buyer and seller, we’ll continue to strive to get the best possible price. Our pricing process includes a fair market analysis of your home, a detailed inspection, and a negotiation.
There are three basic pricing categories available to us: Home (a new home), Condo (a condo), and Townhome (a townhome). Each of these pricing categories has its own merits and demerits. Our goal is to negotiate your home to a price that is in the best interest of you, your family, and our associates.

We’re not in the real estate business, but we do receive a commission on every sale of your home. We also do a little bit of research to help you find an acceptable price for your home. We’re confident that you’ll be happy with the result.
Real estate agents and brokers have their own incentives and motivations, so they have different incentives than you do. Many of our associates also earn income through the sale of your home so they might be more than happy to get in on the commission too.
Some agents and brokers do take a commission on the sale of your home. This is a business. But it’s not the only motivation. The other important motivation is that the agent or broker will be personally involved in the purchase of your home. They might be more than happy to get their commission and the opportunity of helping to make your home the home of its dreams.
If you have a close friend who is a builder, who does not want to be disturbed at the end of a long day, who wants to share in the joy of being able to create and sell your home, then you should absolutely consider that your agent or broker might be more than happy to help out.
We have already discussed how important it is to choose an agent who values the long term and who is willing to work with you. Having an agent who is also an investor is even more important, because they will be able to help you make that important investment part of your new home’s story.
A lot of new homes are being built by investors, and in the process of selling, they don’t want to be seen to be taking advantage of others. That means you have to be willing to pay them for their time. They have a lot of benefits, and it is important that you are able to pay them for their time.
